Standard Refund and Service Suspension Policy:
Refunds are not supported for non-product issues; account top-ups are not refundable.
Dedicated servers, domains, SSL certificates, etc., are generally non-refundable.
Within the scope of the JTTI Terms of Service, you are entitled to a refund for service issues that the support team can not resolve within 72 hours.
Any product or service suspended, canceled, or terminated due to abuse of the product or service, or violation of the terms and conditions, is not eligible for a refund.
Cases related to criminal fraud chargebacks or obvious payment fraud (i.e., shopping using stolen credit card information) will result in permanent termination of service without any remedy.

Special Circumstances Refunds:
Refunds are only available within 3 days of payment; refunds after this period are not permitted.
Your refund request will be credited to your account balance within 72 hours of approval.
Refunds to the original payment method generally take 10-15 business days.
